Anyone seeking entrance to Winterglen Forest must pass a test proving knowledge of nature, love for it, or a sincere desire to live peacefully with it. Kaneko seeks the circle in hopes of making amends for the act that led to his expulsion from the Circle of the Moon Claw.

Known members include Archdruid Maeliss Oak-Mother, Brannock Bear-Walker, Sister Roann, and Elder Finn Mosscloak. In 041 07-17-2026, the circle used an emerald-fire communion to reveal Kaneko's past and sent him to recover a missing Kalin as the beginning of his redemption.
