Session Summary
After leaving Llorgh, the party weathered a violent storm and survived an attack from a massive Aboleth before finally arriving in Caer Callidier, where they noticed the absence of slave trade activity in the port. After celebrating with their crew — including a chaotic tavern contest riding Obold’s fiendish ram, Ramses — they were summoned by Kalista, who revealed her growing influence and offered them several potential strongholds. The party chose Tidewatch Bastion as their new base of operations, hired staff and guards to maintain it, and spent the remainder of the day selling spoils, acquiring new gear, and beginning research into hags and the Underdark.

AI Summary
Voyage from Llorgh
Immediately after departing Llorgh, we were approached by a vessel belonging to Gwyneth. We sailed past one another peacefully. Later that same night, we passed another of the King’s ships.
During the journey, we endured a powerful storm. Thorin used Calm Waters to steady the sea while Alias skillfully navigated us through the worst of it.
By midday of the third day, we entered a dense fog bank. Before nightfall, something massive struck the underside of our ship. The creature surged from the depths and latched onto the hull — revealing itself as an Aboleth.
Kaneko dealt devastating damage (98 damage in total), shooting it multiple times. The creature eventually released its grip and retreated into the depths.
When it detached, Kaneko, Lois, and Ofie were thrown overboard. In a dramatic first, Ofie transformed into a giant eagle and rescued them, carrying everyone safely back to the ship.
Arrival at Caer Callidyr
We arrived at the port of Caer Callidier and immediately noticed changes:
-
No slaves among the trade
-
No auction blocks present
Alias convinced the dockmaster, Nate Jones, to reduce our docking fees (half off) by mentioning our friendship with Kalista. Alias also tipped Nate to keep a close eye on our ship so the crew could rest safely on shore.
Crew Celebration
The party and crew went to a tavern (Flaggen and Crow) to celebrate. Obold organized a bucking contest using Ramses. Everyone took turns trying to ride him, and La’Poopoo lasted the longest.
After celebrating with ale and festivities, the party returned to the ship to rest.
Summoned by Callista
The following morning, three adventurers approached our ship, informing us that Kalista had summoned us to the Wanton Wench.
We were escorted and seated in a reserved section. Laila, the barkeep, brought us drinks and breakfast while we waited.
Fifteen minutes later, Kalista arrived.
She appeared far more affluent than before, dressed in finer clothing and no longer portraying herself as a poor innkeeper. Armed escorts accompanied her.
She warmly greeted us as great friends, congratulating us on our accomplishments in Valeen and the destruction of the Uganathi Clan.
She revealed she now controls multiple properties on Alaron and offered us four possible bases of operations:

Logs
Tristans Log
**Immediately as we leave Llorgh, we are approached by another vessel belonging to Gwyneth and we sail past each other peacefully. We endure a storm with the help of Thorin’s calm waters spell and Alias’s ability to navigate the waves. Later that night we passed another one of the king’s ships. Midday of day three we approach and travel through a heavy fog bank. Before the day ends we are bumped by something large beneath our ship, before it lurches out of the depths latching onto the side of the ship, revealing itself as an Aboleth. After Kaneko shoots the creature multiple times it releases from the ship and goes back into the depths. When it releases, Kaneko, Lois, and Ofie fall off the side of the ship, but Ofie turns herself into a giant eagle for the first time and carries her friends back to safety. We arrive at the port of Caer Callidier and we see that there are changes, no slaves amongst the trade and no auctioneering blocks to be found. We pay our crew and pay for our fee to dick here, half off because Alias mentions that we are friends of Kalista’s. Alias tips Nate Jones, the dockmaster, to keep a close eye on the ship allowing the crew to take respite on shore. After a night of partying with the crew, drinking ale and having a bucking contest using Ramses, we are approached the next day by a group of pirate looking folks who were sent by Kalista to bring us to her. We arrive at the Wanton Wench where we are seated at a reserved section. Laila the barkeep brings us drinks and some breakfast as we wait for Kalista. When she arrives she looks more made up than she had previously, looking more affluent, her escort is armed to the teeth. She greets us as great friends, celebrating our recent accomplishments in Valeen and wiping out the Uganathi Clan. She now provides us options for a base of operations:
Tide watch bastion
-cliffside bay, can dock our ship
Courtside manor
-near shops in the middle of the city

Joe's Logs
We take off to Caer Callidier. We pass a Gwenyth ship (twice)
We fought an Aboleth, Kaneko slapped it for 98 dmg, and then it swam away.
sThe party meets with with the dockmaster who Alias convinces to take off some of our cost because we are friends of Kalista.
The crew and the party go to an tavern named Flaggen and Crow. Obold offers for everyone to take their turn riding Ramses while he bucks. The party all tries and La’Poopoo our crewmate rode ghim for the longest. The party then went back to the boat and slept, the next morning, 3 adventurers met us at our boat and said Kalista had summoned us to the Wanton Wench. The set us down and give us some food and said Kalista will be with us shortly.
15 minutes in, we see Kalista walk in, she looks to be wearing slightly more nicer/fancier clothes. She is no longer portraying herself as a poor innkeeper.
Multiple people walk in behind her that are armed to the teeth, seeming to be her escort. Kalista says she has multiple locations here on Alaron. She said she has 4 locations
