Gunther

Gunther

Gunther is the kind of man who solves problems with his body first — breaking sealed doors, shaking mysterious crates, charging into rooms before anyone has scouted them — and thinks about the consequences somewhere between then and later. He is a half-orc barbarian of wild and unpredictable magic, and his presence in a fight is both devastating and volatile: he rages, poisons enemies around him, falls, and rises again through sheer orcish resilience. But Gunther is not simply a blunt instrument. He carries a haunted past — the fey trial of Lady Thistledawn revealed that he had slain members of the Green Court, and visions of his victims played out before the entire party. He sat with that judgment without running from it. The vision Baphomet showed him — a fawn, fragile and innocent — suggests something gentler lives inside the violence, a self he may not have fully reconciled with who he has been.
